I remember when you played with toy cars, and pulled wagons. Now you get to ride in them, and they are motorized! The popularity of the push pedal that is not too far removed from my age group, to a six volt to twenty-four volt riding car that could match an adult version! Technology is amazing. Make sure that the motorized car is the right fit for your kid’s age, and weight.

We got this for our son for his 2nd birthday. He loves it!! It’s pretty durable – the first thing he did when he got it was drive it right into a tree. His steering is better now, but he still knocks it into stuff and none of the plastic has broken or cracked. The tires are a little slippery on wet grass, but all of these have the plastic wheels, so the only thing you can do is buy those rubber traction things on ebay. The battery lasts a long time too.

Well it’s been one year since we got the jeep and I thought I should write a review. I really rely on the reviews when I’m buying something so I wanted to start reviewing for everyone else.

The jeep has worked very well all year. At first it was kind of a bummer since we had tons of snow at Christmas and couldn’t drive it much, the smooth wheels don’t like snow or ice but run fine on all other surfaces. It does go all terrain at times and works fine, has good power. We did get a second battery at a discount store for a back up, that way we can always have one charged, but the original battery is still in full use. I can’t speak as to how long one battery goes, just depends on how much they drive.

Overall good product, would by again and recommend to friends.

My son loved it. Also, my husband didn’t have problems with puting it together. I would recomend it for anybody.

We purchased this for our 2yr old son. We’ve had it since Christmas of 2008 and the kiddos love it! Our son is now 3 and our daughter is 20months,he loves to drive her around. This car really holds up to a beating. The seat belts could be better but of course always watch your kids! This car has the ability to go fast if you remove a certain screw, be prepared for the higher speed! Let the kids get adjusted to the lower speeds before you remove it! My kids love it, I love it!

My 5 year old daughter absolutely loves this, including all her friends. The best part of the vehicle….as per her is that it goes fast and goes up on a hill + she can make one of her friends sit next to her.

Improvements – She wants doors and roof on it and real music.

Battery life is excellent..lasts 4-5 days easily.

I would recommend this to anyone….

This Jeep was a great Christmas present for my 3 and 4 year old kids. It did take a little of setting up, but totally worth it! They want to play with this as much as they can. You do need to remember to take the battery out when it’s not in use and plug it in for about 12-18 hours. The only thing bad I have to say is it requires me or another adult to help, as my youngest does not know how to steer yet. He’ll get there though!! A great toy that can last for several years!!!

The Perfect Answer To Fuel Your Child’s Imagination

Your child’s imagination will continue to grow regardless of their age. Make believe and pretend is the most exciting part of childhood and every child’s dream is to own their own wheels. Power wheels toys are amazing tools for a child’s imagination. A ride on toy will allow your child to travel any where their imagination takes them.

Ride on toys come in a large variety of styles and sizes. There is something for children as early as twelve months up to around age six. Little ones are busting with energy, what better way for them to burn all that energy than going for a ride around the neighborhood on a motorcycle. Or if your child is the adventurous type send them on an off road ride with one of the many jeep styles available.

Power wheels are available for little girls as well as little boys. They come in all the colors little girls adore and the roughness little boys live for. They are exceptionally made and will last for years. The reviews pertaining to any of the ride on toys are all excellent.

Added benefits include all toys are battery operated and come with a long lasting and rechargeable battery. Many of these toys have two different speed settings that can be adjusted as your child becomes more familiar with their ride.

Purchasing one of the smaller ride on toys will be excellent for toddlers. Not only are they a blast for toddlers to tool around on but, they are also great for teaching your child coordination and balance.

Older children will love the wide variety of features available. The majority of larger ride on toys, come equipped with a radio and other little added extras children love. Little girls can get around in vehicle resembling the same one her favorite doll has and boys have the option of owner a tractor just like dads. Motorcycles or high rolling vehicles, just like moms and dads are also available, only in smaller versions. These items keep your child active and prepared for more activity as they age.

Power Wheels Toys have been around for years. They are obviously doing something right with their toys as they only continue to get better. The price is extremely reasonable for the item you get. All of their items are extremely well made and will last for years, making it a perfect choice for parents with children close in age. When one child outgrows her smaller ride on it can be passed down to the next child. Make sure you buy a bigger size for the child who gave theirs to a sibling; it makes for sibling closeness when they get to go for adventures together.

We bought a Power Wheels Barbie Jeep 11 years ago for our three year old daughter. The one listed here is slightly updated, with a real FM radio and back storage. However, everything else is identical. Our three year old daughter is now 14 years old. This jeep has been used by all three of my daughters, the youngest is now four years old. The Barbie jeep has lasted 11 years, and it’s not like we took care of it like we should’ve. It’s been left outside in the rain on numerous occasions and never skipped a beat. Last year (10 years after we bought it), we purchased a new Fisher Price Power Wheels battery as the old one finally gave out. The battery cost about $40, but we didn’t mind, being that we didn’t have to buy another vehicle anytime soon! I would say that ANY Fisher Price Power Wheels product is worth the money.

My parents wanted to buy my 3-year-old a riding toy so I researched everything out there. After reading many reviews, I decided upon the Fisher Price Barbie Jeep. We have a large grassy area for her to ride in. I was concerned about the traction of the wheels, but I must say that this jeep goes very well in the grass! We do have to give it a little push in bumpy areas or if the grass is damp. But, overall, we are VERY pleased with our choice! She LOVES it and wants to ride it EVERY DAY! It is very roomy and holds my daughter and her best friend easily. She also loves the radio – it picks up real stations! I highly recommend this wonderful vehicle for your toddler.

Very happy with this product. A little duct tape on the wheels and it goes just about anywhere. You can get black duct tape too if the silver takes away from the look of the jeep. Our 4 yr old drives around the 2 yr old and they have a blast. It even survived a 4 day camping trip in the woods with 5 toddlers breaking it in! Highly recommended!!

I bought this toy for my 2 year old daughter’s birthday. Both she and my 4 year old daughter love it!!! My 2 year old is still a little too short to reach the pedal, but she has fun just being the passenger while her sister drives. It has a slow speed which is good for my 2 year old and a faster speed which my nieces and nephew prefer. I would recommend this toy for great fun for the kids and good entertainment for the adults watching the kids have fun.

We purchased this car about 6 months ago and my 3 year old loves it. We paid a little extra and picked it up pre-built. I have made a list of Pro’s and Con’s below

Pro’s:
- It’s very Durable
- Works on the grass, gravel, snow and dirt very well
- Very easy to use
- With the fast charger it can be ready to go in under 2 hrs.
- The radio is another great added feature
- Easy to clean up any spills, food or anything else
- The battery is easy to remove for winter storage

Con’s
- It sometimes has problems climbing hills on the grass but I don’t think any other cars like this could climb it anyway.

In all it’s a great toy and I would suggest one of these to any fun loving kid.

Needs a Horn! LOL! Great fun!, January 18, 2009

The Barbie Jammin’ Jeep is great! It took a solid couple of hours to put together. Instructions were spot-on. I was short one (unimportant) screw for a rear brake light. My granddaughter of 19 months hopped in, and when she found the accelerator, she jolted forward… she sat back, smiled and laughed (!) going around in circles in the driveway for fully twenty minutes! She comes over once a week and LOVES grabbing one of her dolls, strapping it into the passenger seat (yes, it has seat belts), and then hopping into her car, closing the car door, turning on radio and taking off!
Note: Taking foot off of accelerator stops car immediately. Also, short or young children need a pillow behind them to reach accelerator pedal.

All it really needs is a horn! Marvelous gift.
